What should you be eating this Summer?


Summer is the perfect time to load up on fruits and vegetables. The varieties and quality of these jewels of the earth are unmatched this time of year. Whenever possible, reach for a fruit to satisfy that mid morning or afternoon snack craving. Summer fruits and vegetables are at the forefront of my menus and recipes in the warmer months. It sparks my creativity for sure. I understand that sometimes knowing which fruits or vegetables are the best this time of year can be a challenge. I have created a mini cheat sheet of sorts below to make selecting the best offerings of the market easier. These just happen to be some of my personal favorites as well :-)
